What is a Live Webinar?

What is a Recorded Webinar?

A Recorded webinar is a playback of the live session focused on a specific topic. Once purchased, the recording will be available in your account for a lifetime. You can access it through a shared link anytime and anywhere at your own convenience. However, an internet connection is required each time you view it.

What is an E-Transcript?

An E-Transcript is a “Portable Document Format “(PDF)” that contains a word-for-word transcript of the presentation.

What is a Download Course?

A “Download Course” is like a recorded webinar. The only difference between a recorded webinar and a download course is that you can access the download course without an active internet connection once you have saved it to your device.

I made the payment, but I did not receive the order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received the registration email, we encourage you to talk to your IT experts and tell them to whitelist our domain, trainingstime.com. This ensures you will receive all critical updates regarding the webinar, including registration details and the instruction kit within 24 hours of the registration. Additionally, please remember to check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can sometimes land there instead of the inbox. 

What are the Various Modes of Payment Available?

We accept payment through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.

Who should I contact if I am unable to log-in to the webinar?

There is no need to panic. Here are four ways to fix the issue: 1. First, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart your system. 2. Try opening the webinar joining link in an incognito mode. 3. You can also join the webinar on your phone. Copy and paste the joining link on the “Browser “and it will take you to the “GoTo” meeting page where the live webinar is being held. 4. If you still need help, contact us via live chat on our website or email us at support@trainingstime.com.

What time should I login for the Webinar?

We recommend that you log in at least ten minutes before the scheduled time of the webinar. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any glitches once the webinar goes live.
