Overview

Employment law tends to be something that doesn’t make the front page, but with President Trump’s recent executive orders suddenly everyone you know purports to be an expert on the OFCCP. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) have become contentious topics in today’s polarized climate. Many companies are canceling or changing their DEI programs, or rebranding them to remove controversy. Creating an inclusive workplace doesn’t have to spark controversy. You can be inclusive and diverse and comply with the law. This session will focus on the changes in federal law and provide practical, low-conflict strategies for fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while navigating the sensitivities of employees and stakeholders.
